Position Overview

The Director of Rehabilitation oversees all therapy services within the facility, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily therapy department operations

• Supervise therapy staff

• Maintain regulatory compliance

• Monitor productivity and financial performance

• Support quality initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications

• Active California OT license

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience required

• Leadership experience preferred but strong candidates without prior DOR experience will be considered

• Strong team leadership and communication skills
