DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION

We're looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and help our residents reach their goals and regain their independence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the rehabilitation team
- Oversee daily therapy operations and services
- Coordinate therapy programs based on resident needs
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other departments
- Monitor resident progress and ensure quality outcomes
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and department needs
- Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive therapy environment
We're Looking For
- Licensed therapy professional with leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Someone who is passionate about helping residents achieve their goals
