We are hiring a full-time Rehabilitation Director to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective care delivery for residents.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Guide daily department functions and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, coach, and evaluate therapy team members
- Oversee scheduling, caseload distribution, and service delivery
- Ensure programs align with regulatory and reimbursement standards
- Partner with facility leadership and clinical teams to support resident care
- Track outcomes and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a skilled nursing environment
- Previous management or lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
