    Job Description:

    Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Skilled Nursing Facility

    We are seeking an experiencedDirector of Rehabilitation (DOR)to lead our therapy team in aSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF)setting. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background inlong-term care (LTC) and SNF rehabilitation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). Oversee and ensure compliance withPDPM processes. Develop and enhancerehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

    Qualifications:

    LicensedPT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTAin the state of Missouri. Minimum2 years of experiencein a leadership role within aSNF/LTC rehab setting. Strong knowledge ofPDPM and reimbursement models. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
