    Compensation: $130k-$150K base plus bonuses


    Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting to lead recruiting and talent growth efforts within a fast-paced, relationship-driven financial services organization in Philadelphia.


    This individual will take ownership of the recruiting function, combining hands-on candidate sourcing and relationship building with recruiting strategy, pipeline management, process improvement, and partnership with leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting high-quality talent, developing creative sourcing strategies, and building strong candidate pipelines in competitive markets.


    This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on sides of recruiting and wants to play an important role in the continued growth of the organization.



    Key Responsibilities:


    Recruiting Strategy & Leadership:


    • Own and execute the overall recruiting strategy for the organization
    • Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, growth goals, and ideal candidate profiles
    • Develop sourcing strategies to consistently build strong pipelines of qualified candidates
    • Evaluate current recruiting processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes
    • Track recruiting activity, hiring results, retention, and other key recruiting metrics
    • Serve as a recruiting partner and resource to leadership throughout the hiring process



    Full Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Management:


    • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and initial outreach through interviews, offers, and onboarding support
    • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, events, and direct outreach
    • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess experience, motivation, and overall fit
    • Coordinate and manage the interview process with leadership and internal stakeholders
    • Maintain consistent communication and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the process
    • Help drive offers to acceptance and maintain engagement through the candidate’s start date



    Pipeline Development & Recruiting Operations:


    • Build and maintain ongoing pipelines for current and future hiring needs
    • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS
    • Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
    • Identify recruiting bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions
    • Continuously evaluate new sourcing channels, tools, and recruiting strategies



    Networking & Employer Brand:


    • Build relationships with centers of influence, referral partners, professional organizations, and community groups
    • Develop creative strategies for generating candidate referrals
    • Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry functions
    • Help strengthen the organization’s employer brand and presence within the Philadelphia market
    • Develop relationships that create long-term recruiting pipelines



    Qualifications:


    • 5 to 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
    • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
    • Experience developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies
    • Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
    • Experience recruiting within financial services, professional services, sales, or another relationship-driven industry strongly preferred
    • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to evaluate performance and improve results
    • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
    • Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of the recruiting function
    • Ability to balance strategic recruiting initiatives with hands-on day-to-day recruiting
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
