Director of Radiology - New Hampshire

Multi-modality imaging experience preferred; strong single-modality leaders considered. Knowledge of budgeting, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily radiology operations, staffing, scheduling, and department performance.

• Manage departmental budgets, equipment contracts, and operational expenses.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient care.

• Collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, and clinical departments.

• Oversee staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and professional development.

• Develop strategies to support departmental growth and imaging services.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required

• Radiology or imaging department leadership experience required

• 5 years of radiology experience preferred

• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Multi-modality imaging experience preferred; strong single-modality leaders considered

• Knowledge of budgeting, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
