Director of Quality

The Director of Quality is responsible for creating, directing and evaluating projects and programs that advance Equitas Health's mission and vision, the annual Quality Management Plan, and maintenance of a Patient Centered Medical Home. This position fosters a culture of continuous quality improvement, innovation, and practice transformation that enhances patients' clinical outcomes including patient and staff experience. The Director of Quality utilizes health information technology, reporting tools, dashboards, and data systems to support the activities of all departments at the point of care as well as in the planning in how changes are provided in care delivery.
