The Director of Quality provides strategic leadership for Altivera Medical's Quality Management System (QMS), quality operations, and enterprise quality culture. This role ensures compliance with applicable FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards while supporting the development, manufacture, and distribution of durable medical equipment. The Director leads inspection readiness, CAPA, supplier quality, risk management, product and process quality, and continuous improvement while serving as a key quality partner to executive leadership and operational teams.
SALARY RANGE: $180,000 to $210,000 ANNUALLY
