Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:
Full-time, on-site permanent opportunity
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Director of Quality and Risk ensures the facility meets all federal, state, and corporate regulatory standards while leading accreditation readiness efforts, compliance efforts, and staff education efforts

Director of Quality and Risk partners with department leaders to enhance patient care, resolve concerns, manage risk-related activities, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee recognition
Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Risk Management, Quality Management, Patient Safety, and/or Performance Improvement within a healthcare setting
Must have experience with State, Joint Commission, and/or CARF surveys
Hands-on facility-level leadership experience working directly with staff, patients, and department leaders is required
