As the Director of Quality and EHS at Körber USA, you are entrusted with the comprehensive management of quality and environmental, health, and safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest levels of product, plant, supplier, project, and service quality, while ensuring adherence to ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000 standards. You will lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Quality Management System (QMS), oversee environmental management activities, and coordinate safety improvements, reporting, and corrective actions. This position also includes managing all related safety, environmental, and health activities, serving as the primary liaison with contract staff for these areas, and monitoring key safety and environmental KPIs..

Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical and professional teams
Performance management, coaching, talent development, and succession planning
Ability to build organizational capability through training and development programs
