  • Manage supplier relationships: Lead the RFP and bid process, obtain competitive bids, and negotiate optimal pricing and terms with vendors
  • Control inventory levels: Ensure appropriate stock levels to meet operational needs
  • Conduct purchasing and quality control: Negotiate prices for food and non-food items, place orders, schedule deliveries, and ensure the quality of products received
  • Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
