Description

Summit Healthcare Staffing recruits and places clinical professionals across a range of care settings. For this opportunity, we are seeking a Director of PT to support an Article 28 clinic focused on expanding access to care and serving a diverse patient population.

This is a leadership role for a physical therapy professional who wants to help shape a growing program and support high-quality, community-centered care. You will guide the physical therapy function, partner with clinical colleagues, and help strengthen the patient experience through thoughtful program leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the physical therapy program and work closely with the other PTs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule multiple Physical Therapists to support strong team performance and coverage.
  • Improve patient access to physical therapy services across the clinic.
  • Drive care quality and strengthen program operations within the physical therapy setting.
  • Collaborate with diverse patients, clinical teams, and senior clinical or administrative stakeholders.

Requirements

  • DPT or MSPT degree.
  • Active Physical Therapist license.
  • Leadership experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or community clinic setting.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and scheduling multiple Physical Therapists.
  • Proven ability to improve patient access, care quality, and program operations in a physical therapy setting.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with diverse patients, clinical teams, and senior clinical or administrative stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
