DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Director of Project Management – US Operations

We are a North American leader in precast infrastructure solutions, delivering noise walls, retaining walls, and structural systems for the transportation, energy, and construction sectors. We’re seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead our US project teams and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all US project management activities to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery

• Develop strategies to improve project performance and efficiency

• Align project execution with company goals in partnership with senior leadership

• Manage client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships

• Lead process improvements and ensure regulatory and safety compliance

• Mentor and develop project management staff

• Track performance metrics and report to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of construction/project management experience

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• PMP certification

• Proven leadership of project management teams

• Strong technical background and understanding of drawings, codes, and standards

• Knowledge of contract law; precast experience is an asset

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Adobe (AutoCAD a plus)

• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
