Project Management Office Leader

Build and implement scalable project management methodologies and processes. Develop stage-gate systems, project templates, governance structures, and reporting dashboards. Lead end-to-end management of innovation, commercialization, technology transfer, and operational initiatives. Coordinate activities across Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners. Drive project accountability and proactively resolve risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints. Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting. Standardize communication routines and project review processes. Support future growth of the project management organization, including team development and expansion.

The successful applicant will have 8+ years of project management experience within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, CPG, or related industries. Demonstrated success managing complex product launches from concept through commercialization. Experience building project management systems rather than solely operating within established structures. Strong understanding of contract manufacturing environments. Familiarity with technology transfers and scale-up activities. Proven ability to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Experience utilizing project management software such as Smartsheet, Asana, WRIKE, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. PMP certification preferred but not required.

Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000. Bonus opportunity. Comprehensive and competitive benefits package.

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
