Director of Program Marketing

A respected, mission-driven organization is seeking a Director of Program Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and promotion of programs that strengthen community engagement and organizational growth. This individual will be responsible for developing compelling marketing campaigns, increasing awareness, and driving participation across a variety of initiatives and events.

Responsibilities
  •  Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase awareness and participation in organizational programs. 
  •  Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and community outreach channels. 
  •  Create engaging content, including newsletters, website updates, social media, promotional materials, and presentations. 
  •  Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project deliverables. 
  •  Collaborate with leadership and program teams to understand goals and develop effective promotional strategies. 
  •  Measure campaign performance using marketing analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  •  Oversee branding consistency across all communications and marketing materials. 
  •  Coordinate marketing support for special events, community initiatives, and public-facing programs. 
  •  Manage relationships with vendors, photographers, designers, printers, and external marketing partners as needed. 
  •  Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches. 
Qualifications
  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. 
  •  5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success leading campaigns and initiatives. 
  •  Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies. 
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  •  Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, website content management, and digital marketing best practices. 
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. 
  •  Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  •  Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics. 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. 
Preferred Qualifications
  •  Leadership or supervisory experience. 
  •  Experience in nonprofit, education, healthcare, community outreach, or faith-based organizations. 
  •  Event marketing and community engagement experience. 
  •  Graphic design or creative direction experience is a plus.
