Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase awareness and participation in organizational programs.
Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and community outreach channels.
Create engaging content, including newsletters, website updates, social media, promotional materials, and presentations.
Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project deliverables.
Collaborate with leadership and program teams to understand goals and develop effective promotional strategies.
Measure campaign performance using marketing analytics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee branding consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Coordinate marketing support for special events, community initiatives, and public-facing programs.
Manage relationships with vendors, photographers, designers, printers, and external marketing partners as needed.
Stay current on industry trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success leading campaigns and initiatives.
