Our company is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team as a Permanent Director of Program Management in the Manufacturing industry. This unique opportunity is for a dedicated professional who is passionate about aerospace manufacturing, particularly airline seating programs, and is ready to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading senior professionals and large cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives and programs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
As the Permanent Director of Program Management, you will:
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in our airline seating manufacturing processes.
2. Lead and manage large cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
3. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all program management activities.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
5. Leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation, improve processes, and solve complex challenges.
6. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
7. Monitor program performance, providing regular reports to senior management, and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
8. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost parameters.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to innovate and excel.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Permanent Director of Program Management role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in program management, preferably in the airline manufacturing industry.
3. Experience with aerospace seating programs.
4. Certification experience in the manufacturing industry.
5. Proven leadership skills, with experience leading senior professionals and large cross-functional teams.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
