This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer growth, patient experience, and revenue. You will define the product vision for the front end of the customer journey-from generating and capturing demand through scheduling, conversion, and treatment initiation.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with a growth mindset. You understand how to identify friction within a customer journey, use data and experimentation to uncover opportunities, and translate those insights into products that create measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone comfortable setting strategy, developing product talent, partnering across functions, and personally diving into discovery and execution when needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the product strategy and roadmap for solutions focused on practice growth, patient acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue performance.
* Identify opportunities to help customers generate more qualified demand and convert prospective patients into scheduled appointments and treatment starts.
* Analyze the end-to-end customer and patient journey to uncover friction, unmet needs, and opportunities for product-led growth.
* Establish measurable product outcomes tied to acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, revenue, and customer value.
* Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, market research, behavioral data, experimentation, and direct observation.
* Develop and test hypotheses using rapid experimentation, prototypes, MVPs, and iterative releases.
* Translate complex customer and business problems into clear product priorities and actionable roadmaps.
* Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
* Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers while establishing strong product management practices across the team.
* Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurement.
* Evaluate opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve customer outcomes and accelerate product development.
* Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

* Significant product management experience building and scaling software or SaaS products.
* Previous experience leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or multidisciplinary product teams.
* Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, discovery, roadmapping, execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
* Track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes such as increased acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or revenue.
* Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, experimentation, and data-informed product development.
* Experience partnering with customers to uncover problems and validate solutions before significant development investment.
* Ability to connect product decisions directly to business and customer outcomes.
* Experience operating effectively in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
* Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
