    Description


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop market-informed product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for complex technology products and platforms.
    • Lead customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and product validation to identify opportunities and evolving customer needs.
    • Translate market opportunities, customer challenges, and business objectives into product requirements, priorities, and investment decisions.
    • Partner with Engineering, UX, Operations, QA, and Product Owners throughout the agile product development lifecycle.
    • Develop business cases, KPIs, success metrics, and commercialization strategies for new and existing products.
    • Represent products in customer presentations, demonstrations, executive discussions, and strategic sales processes.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success on positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
    • Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and competitive developments to inform future product decisions.

    Role Requirements
    • 8+ years of product management or related product leadership experience.
    • Experience owning complex enterprise technology, software, SaaS, or platform-based products.
    • Demonstrated experience developing product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
    • Strong product discovery, customer research, competitive analysis, and market-validation capabilities.
    • Experience translating customer and market needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
    • Significant experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
    • Experience partnering with Engineering and other technology organizations in Agile development environments.
    • Strong business-case development, KPI definition, and financial analysis capabilities.
    • Experience supporting product commercialization and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
    • Ability to influence product direction and organizational priorities without relying solely on direct authority.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
    • Experience in a complex, highly regulated, or transaction-intensive industry.
    • Experience working for a growth-oriented technology or software organization.
    • Experience with enterprise RFPs, strategic sales processes, or large customer implementations.
    • Experience developing or commercializing data-intensive or workflow-oriented products.
    • Exposure to AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or workflow automation.
    • Experience modernizing or expanding an established product portfolio.
    • MBA or related advanced degree.
