IDR is seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Quantum Computing to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO, Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX. This role is focused on leading strategic marketing initiatives within the quantum computing industry, supporting the development and positioning of cutting-edge technological products. The company is a prominent player in the advanced computing sector, dedicated to innovation and market leadership.

Position Overview for the Director of Product Marketing, Quantum Computing:

  • Lead the creation of market messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for quantum computing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and executive leadership to craft compelling narratives and campaigns.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear external communications that drive market adoption.
  • Develop launch plans, competitive positioning, sales enablement tools, and market education initiatives.
  • Drive industry thought leadership and support analyst relations, webinars, and technical events.

Requirements for the Director of Product Marketing, Quantum Computing:

  • 10+ years of product marketing or technical marketing experience.
  • Product marketing experience in quantum computing or a technical computing environment, such as cloud, AI infrastructure, HPC, semiconductors, enterprise software, developer platforms, or advanced computing systems.
  • Strong understanding of computing markets, technical buyers, partner ecosystems, and enterprise adoption dynamics.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and market-facing content.
  • Experience developing launch plans, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and campaign narratives.
