GBAC-accredited, OSHA- and CMI-certified, the firm provides structured cleaning programs for major hospitals, high-rise buildings, public schools, and transportation facilities is seeking a Director of Post-Construction to join their growing Fort Lauderdale office.(must be within a 30+ minute drive). Our client is a South Florida-headquartered commercial cleaning company with expanding national and international reach. GBAC-accredited, OSHA- and CMI-certified, the firm provides structured cleaning programs for major hospitals, high-rise buildings, public schools, and transportation facilities is seeking a Director of Post-Construction to join their growing Fort Lauderdale office.(must be within a 30+ minute drive)
 
•             Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
•             Approximately 70% of the time from Homestead and Port St. Lucie to support existing accounts and new projects
•             Previous experience in post-construction cleaning operations, construction project management, and team leadership.

•        Experience selling in the facilities related industry.(schools, hospitals, buildings)
•         Ability to attend trade shows, networking and other related marketing events.
