Our client delivers fully managed facility services, providing daily and weekly cleaning for all types of Commercial space and specialize in construction cleanup and marble services, offering move-in–ready post-construction cleaning for corporate spaces, residential properties, condominiums, home builders, and complete marble care.

The ideal candidate will lead, direct, and manage the Construction Cleaning Division's daily aspects of sales and operations and projects of our construction cleaning portfolio – in the tri-county area.
  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations and sales.
  • Creates a culture of success, ongoing business, and goal achievement, investigates and introduces process improvement measures.
  • Implements processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues.
  • Provides constructive feedback to our subcontractors and team members, selects qualified subcontractors and supervise their performance.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 7+ years of relevant management experience.
  • PMP Certified is highly desirable, Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Experience in Construction, Construction Cleaning, or Janitorial Industry is highly preferred. facilities
