Director of Pharmacy

Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy (required), Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred). Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or three (3) years of relevant work experience (required).

MUST HAVE:

• Prior Director experience. 
• 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience over a large healthcare system.  Candidate needs to have experience with pharmacy residency programs.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy (required), Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred)
• Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or three (3) years of relevant work experience (required). 8 - 10 years of progressive inpatient leadership experience (required).
• Licensed or license eligible as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Current board certification by Board of Pharmacy Specialties® or must obtain within two (2) years from date of hire (required).
• Current certification in Basic Life Support or must obtain within 90 days from date of hire (required).
