The Director of People Development is responsible for designing, executing, and continually optimizing an organization-wide learning and development framework that aligns with business goals and drives workforce capability, performance, engagement and succession. This strategic leadership role will ensure that learning initiatives are innovative, measurable, and future-focused to support talent development across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
Preferred Master's or Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning Theory / Education, Instructional Design or Organizational Development -or- equivalent and extensive combination of certifications and training experience
Preferred Certifications:
ATD - Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
AIHR Organizational Development Certificate
SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SCP) -or-HRCI-Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
8-10 or more years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3-5 years in a strategic or director level role
Preferred experience in or near the construction industry
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Direct experience in personality and workplace behavior assessments (preferably the Workplace Big Five as well as others)
Advanced Computer Skills and strong affinity for progressive applications
