Director of Payroll Workday HRIS & ADP

Salary is 160k to 180k + bonus Lead end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for 1000+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery using Workday and ADP Smart Compliance. Serve as the payroll subject matter expert for Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), and cross-functional HRIS projects.

• Lead end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for 1000+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery using Workday and ADP Smart Compliance.
• Oversee payroll operations, tax compliance, payroll accounting, reconciliations, year-end processing, and multi-state regulatory requirements.
• Manage Workday HRIS transactions, including salary changes, bonuses, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and employee data updates.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Benefits, and Banking Operations to support payroll, compensation, audits, SOX compliance, and process improvements.
• Supervise a Payroll Specialist while driving payroll governance, automation initiatives, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvements.
• Serve as the payroll subject matter expert for Workday, ADP Smart Compliance, equity compensation (RSUs/ESPP), and cross-functional HRIS projects.
