Advanced degree in education, public policy, public administration, social science, or a related field preferred. 710 years of progressively responsible professional experience in education policy, applied research, public sector partnerships, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or partnerships. Demonstrated supervisory experience, including coaching and developing staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate research and technical information for policy and practitioner audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience building or improving systems, workflows, and operational processes.
