    The Festus, Crystal City, Dunklin and Jefferson R-7 school districts cooperative is seeking a talented, motivated, and qualified leaders to apply for the position of - Director of Parents as Teachers.

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Parents as Teachers provides leadership, vision, and administrative oversight for the district's Parents as Teachers (PAT) program serving the consortium of four school districts. The Director ensures implementation of the Parents as Teachers evidence-based home visiting model with fidelity and Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) guidelines. Responsibilities include strategic planning, personnel supervision, fiscal management, program evaluation, community collaboration, grant administration, and continuous quality improvement to support positive child outcomes and school readiness.

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Social Work, Education, Psychology, Nursing, Health, or a related field required. Master's degree in a related field preferred.

    EXPERIEINCE: Minimum of five years of professional experience working with families with young children, Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience with home visiting, early childhood programming, grant management, and program administration preferred.

    TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month, full-time position. Salary and benefits are established by the consortium districts and approved annually.
