    The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness leads the strategic planning and delivery of a comprehensive organizational development and training program to support employee performance, DEI, and institutional growth. TheDirector of Organizational Development & Effectiveness is responsible for initiatives that include compliance, supervision, leadership, and professional upskilling. The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness oversees college-wide training and professional development by curating resources, guiding the professional development fund process, and ensuring access through the College's learning management platform in partnership with external vendors. The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness works closely with subject matter experts to align development initiatives with the College's mission and evolving needs. The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness will also collaborate with college stakeholders to assess the need for, and lead efforts that strengthen institutional culture via training on DEI-related topics that advance student success, reduce barriers, support employee development, and other topics designed to increase awareness and support of the institutional mission and the strategic plan, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
