    Overview:

    Overview

    Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is now hiring a Director of Patient Care Services - Operations. This position will provide oversight to non clinical ancillaries (Operations and Facilities). We are seeking a leader who will build ownership and lead process improvement for sustainable value-added services.

    Education

    • Masters Level Degree - (Required)

    Certifications

    • Certified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP) - Basic or Advanced - (Preferred)

    Experience

    - 5 years minimum of related experience - (Required)

    - Acute care experience - (Required)

    - Clinical Leadership experience - (Required)

    - Seeking candidates who will have experience in an acute care, inpatient hospital setting overseeing one or more of the following: 

    • Security
    • Food services
    • Bio med (ventilators, respiratory care)
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain
    • Guest/volunteer services
    • Facilities/plant operations support
    • Environmental services 
    • Capital building projects
    • Medical Office Building (MOB) space development planning
    • Large construction project experience 
    • FEMA certification preferred 
    We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $146,702.40 - $228,966.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
