Our client is a privately held food manufacturing company backed by institutional investors.
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all plant operations. Develop and execute initiatives that improve productivity, throughput, quality, and service levels. Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence programs using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across labour, materials, production processes, and plant operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and results. Partner with executive leadership to develop operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement. Optimise production planning, workforce utilisation, and inventory management processes. Lead, mentor, and develop operational leaders and plant personnel. Utilise data and analytics to support decision making and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.

A successful Confidential Plant Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. Progressive operations leadership experience within food manufacturing environments. Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing or production facilities. Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and cost-reduction initiatives. Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging operational data to drive business decisions. Track record of achieving measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability. Experience operating within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred but not required.
