Director of Operations Strategy and Continuous Improvement

Lead end-to-end facility operations in the Los Angeles, CA region with a mandate to elevate efficiency, standardize processes, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Own

• Operational Strategy: Build and deploy frameworks that increase throughput and reduce waste.
• People Leadership: Mentor managers and frontline teams; cultivate collaboration and ongoing learning.
• Performance Management: Establish KPI targets, monitor outcomes, and drive corrective actions.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize cost structures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other partners to synchronize operations with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and embed best practices and Lean methods.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver clear operational updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years leading operations with proven outcomes in similar settings.
• History of building high-performing teams and executing complex projects.
• Advanced analytical mindset; comfortable making decisions from data.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management platforms.
