High-Growth Real Estate Team | Northern Virginia

We are looking for a high-level Director of Operations to help lead and scale a fast-growing real estate organization focused on sales, recruiting, client experience, and operational excellence.


This is not an assistant role.


This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves accountability, solves problems quickly, and knows how to keep a business moving at a high level every single day.


We are building aggressively and need someone who can bring structure, follow-through, and operational leadership to the organization.

Responsibilities

Team Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the real estate business
  • Ensure agents and staff are following through on priorities
  • Manage operational workflows and internal accountability
  • Keep projects moving quickly and efficiently

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruiting systems and onboarding processes
  • Help ensure new agents integrate successfully
  • Assist with operational support for recruiting initiatives
  • Accountability & Performance Tracking
  • Track KPIs, scoreboards, and operational metrics
  • Hold team members accountable to standards and deadlines
  • Help identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies


Client & Transaction Oversight

  • Ensure strong client communication and service standards
  • Help oversee listing, transaction, and operational workflows
  • Improve consistency and execution across the organization
  • Database & Growth Execution
  • Help operationalize database follow-up systems
  • Ensure marketing and outreach initiatives are actually executed
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, and growth initiatives


Systems & Process Improvement

  • Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
  • Increase organizational efficiency without unnecessary complexity

Requirements
  • Real estate operations experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Experience managing people and workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs, KPIs, and operational systems
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
