    The Opportunity

    This isn't a clipboard job.

We are a very popular, high-volume, multi-restaurant group in Lansdale, PA with a loyal following, packed dining rooms, and a reputation for doing things right. We're growing, and we need a true operator to lead the next chapter.

We're looking for a Director of Operations in the Lansdale area who lives for the rush, leads from the front, and knows that great operations are built on the line, on the floor, and shoulder-to-shoulder with the team.

If you're a hands-on, multi-unit leader who is just as comfortable jumping on the line during a dinner push as you are coaching a GM, controlling costs, and building culture - let's talk.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead Multiple High-Volume Units: Provide hands-on leadership, direction, and support to General Managers and their teams across all locations. Set the standard for execution, every shift.
    • Be Present Where It Matters: This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll be in the restaurants, not behind a desk. You will know your teams, your regulars, and your kitchens.
    • Drive Operational Excellence: Own P&L performance, labor management, COGS, inventory, and systems. You balance hospitality and profitability without compromising either.
    • Build and Develop Leaders: Recruit, mentor, and develop GMs, Kitchen Managers, and emerging leaders. Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and pride.
    • BOH & FOH: You can run a flawless service, expo a busy line, talk food cost with your chefs, and turn a table with your servers. You command respect in both worlds.
    • Protect the Brand: Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience across all units.
    • Think Like an Owner: Partner directly with ownership on strategy, growth, new openings, and long-term planning.

    What You Bring

    • Proven Multi-Unit Leadership: 3+ years as a Director of Operations, Regional Manager, or Area Director overseeing 2+ high-volume, full-service restaurants.
    • Hands-On Operator: You don't manage from email. You're in the trenches, leading by example, especially when it gets busy.
    • Kitchen Credibility: Strong culinary and BOH operations knowledge - you understand the kitchen's language, pressure, and craft.
    • Business Acumen: Expert-level understanding of restaurant financials, labor models, inventory, and cost controls.
    • A People-First Leader: Low ego, high standards. You build loyalty, develop people, and create teams that want to win together.
    • Stability and Maturity: A track record of tenure and growth in respected restaurant groups.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience
    • Significant bonus potential tied to performance
    • Full benefits package
    • Autonomy to lead and make an impact
