This Director of Operations will be responsible for:
- Leading global manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
- Developing and executing global operations and procurement strategies.
- Managing end-to-end supply chain performance and optimization.
- Driving operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establishing manufacturing objectives aligned with business strategy.
- Improving safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and profitability.
- Partnering with Sales, Engineering, HR, and Marketing to improve business performance.
- Implementing operational excellence systems and best practices globally.
- Driving innovation through new technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
- Coordinating global operational projects and strategic initiatives.
- Leading and developing a large international operations organization.
- Supporting capacity expansion and growth across global operations
Profile
A Successful Director of Operations will have:
- Engineering degree preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Strong industrial manufacturing background.
- Global leadership experience across multiple sites.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise.
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence experience.
- Supply chain, logistics, and procurement leadership capabilities.
- Strong executive communication and people leadership skills.
