Job Description

Develop detailed budgets and cost estimates across capital, renovation, and tenant projects

Manage day-to-day construction execution and oversee third-party firms where applicable

Lead selection and coordination of architects, engineers, and contractors from design through completion

Oversee tenant buildouts, ensuring lease compliance and adherence to critical timelines

Draft and manage landlord work letters, lease exhibits, and signage requirements

Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple developments

Coordinate construction contracts in partnership with legal teams

Monitor tenant permitting, approvals, and readiness through project lifecycle

Serve as key liaison between onsite operations, tenants, and construction teams

Conduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and proper project phasing

Provide accurate reporting and updates to internal stakeholders

Support cross-functional initiatives across leasing, operations, and finance

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

7-10 years of experience in retail construction and redevelopment projects

Proven experience managing tenant improvement and capital projects end-to-end

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and MS Project
