The Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leaders, and executing the vision of the Operator. This role oversees daily restaurant operations while building high-performance teams rooted in Chick-fil-A’s values, systems, and culture.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Drive-Thru, Front of House, and Back of House.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and 80–100+ team members.
- Drive performance through systems, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure operational excellence in speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Lead labor management, food cost stewardship, and profitability strategies.
- Maintain uncompromising Food Safety standards.
- Support leadership development pathways and training plans.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Willingness to step into operational roles as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience REQUIRED.
- Proven success in high-volume operations leadership.
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making ability.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and responsibility.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability coaching skills.
- Must be able to work 45–50 hours per week with open availability (Includes occasional Sunday leadership meetings/training sessions)
- ServSafe Certification required (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
