Our client is a rapidly growing, employee-owned commercial construction firm with a strong reputation across the Southeast and Sun Belt regions. Lead and mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers across multiple active projects.

Serve as the primary operational liaison between executive leadership and project teams.

Drive consistency in project delivery, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and risk management.

Monitor project performance and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

Support workforce planning, team development, and future growth initiatives.

Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Implement best practices and operational improvements to enhance project execution and team efficiency.

Proven experience in a Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Project Executive, or similar leadership role within commercial construction.

Strong background delivering industrial construction projects including distribution centers, warehousing, logistics facilities, cold storage, tilt-wall, manufacturing, or related project types.

Experience managing and developing project management teams across multiple concurrent projects.

Demonstrated ability to lead within a growing organization and support business expansion.

Strong financial, operational, and strategic management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to balance executive priorities with day-to-day project delivery requirements.

Base salary of $160,000 - $215,000, dependent upon experience.

Annual performance bonus opportunity.
