Director of Operations

Lead daily operations across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and production functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce lead times. Develop and monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and cost-control measures. Partner with engineering, technology, and customer service teams to improve business processes. Recruit, coach, and develop departmental leaders while fostering a positive company culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with a proven track record of managing complex manufacturing environments. They will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and possess the leadership skills necessary to drive change, improve performance, and develop teams in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience. Strong background in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or engineered products. Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement, process optimisation, and KPI management. Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving abilities.
