Manufacturing Facility Manager

Lead all day-to-day operations for a high-volume industrial manufacturing facility. Manage production, planning, facilities, manufacturing engineering coordination, and overall operational performance. Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity initiatives across the site. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of approximately 5-7 direct reports. Partner closely with the Director of Engineering to ensure alignment between operational and technical objectives. Develop and execute strategies to improve throughput, efficiency, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to achieve operational goals. Create a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Lead workforce planning initiatives to support current production demands and future growth. Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish long-term operational strategies and capital investment plans. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities throughout the facility. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. Support succession planning and leadership development throughout the organization. Oversee facility operations across multiple shifts while maintaining production targets and operational excellence.
