    THE OPPORTUNITY

Shape how exceptional hospitality is taught, coached and consistently delivered across a growing collection of restaurant concepts.

    Position Overview

A privately held hospitality group is seeking a hands-on service and training leader to strengthen guest-experience standards across multiple restaurant concepts. This is a field leadership position for an accomplished operator who can coach teams during live service while building practical tools that make great execution repeatable.

    What You Will Do

Rotate among restaurant locations during peak service periods, including evenings, brunches, weekends and special events.

Observe the full guest journey and coach managers and frontline employees on service, timing, hospitality and recovery.

Create and update service standards, training guides and onboarding resources for guest-facing roles.

Assess team readiness, identify skill gaps and build focused development plans.

Develop high-potential team members and strengthen each restaurant leader's ability to coach independently.

Partner with operations, culinary and people leaders to improve execution while preserving each concept's individual character.

    What Success Looks Like

Success is measured by how well teams perform when you are not in the room.

Standards are clear, managers confidently develop their people, new hires reach readiness faster and guests receive a consistently thoughtful experience.

    What We Are Looking For

Prefer Multi-Unit Experience in Fine Dining

Five or more years as a restaurant General Manager.

Strong experience leading busy service periods and developing managers and frontline teams.

Experience creating, implementing or improving restaurant training programs.

Background in polished casual, upscale or fine dining; multi-unit or multi-concept experience is preferred.

A credible, observant and influential coaching style with strong follow-through.

Comfort in an entrepreneurial environment where systems are still being built and refined.

    Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, salaried and primarily field-based in the Atlanta market; this is not a traditional Monday-Friday, 9-to-5 role.

Competitive six-figure base salary, paid time off, medical coverage and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Additional benefits include life and disability coverage, long-term bonus eligibility and dining privileges.

    Why Consider This Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to influence hospitality across an entire organization. You will have the support to build meaningful systems, develop strong leaders and see your work come alive on the restaurant floor.

CONFIDENTIALITY NOTE The employer's identity and detailed concept information will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
