Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily operations with a focus on developing leaders, pursuing customer satisfaction, and growing the results of the business
- Coach and motivate team leaders to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Assist with training new and existing team leaders and identify future leaders
- Manage inventory efficiently and help reduce waste
- Ensure smooth execution during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Must have Chick-fil-A experience
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation preferred but not required
- Flexible availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and lead with urgency in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and developing others
