NCIA is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Operations- Community Living Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-site Community Living program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role oversees program operations, staffing, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, and service delivery to ensure safe, person-centered supports that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple Community Living sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

• Supervise Community Living managers and medical/health suite personnel while providing operational oversight across programs.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, resource allocation, and program performance.

• Ensure compliance with NCIA policies, DDA requirements, Community Settings Rule standards, and other regulatory requirements.

• Oversee incident management, participant fund processes, documentation systems, audits, and corrective action plans.

• Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, and staff development.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, employees, regulators, community partners, and other stakeholders.

• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and interdisciplinary team processes.

• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across all Community Living services.
