- Ensure that all processes and products meet industry standards (e.g., AMS, ASTM, AS9100, NADCAP) and customer specifications
- Oversee the operational budget, optimizing resource allocation & controlling costs
- Build and lead a high-performance operations team, including managers and supervisors. Provide training, and support to ensure team members are fully equipped to succeed.
- Ensure a reliable supply of raw materials to prevent production delays.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers
- Lead efforts to maintain a safe working environment in all areas of the facility
