What you’ll do: Oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure Centennial Advisors runs efficiently and in line with our vision. Leadership & Team Management - Lead and develop the Operations Team
- Conduct check-ins, reviews, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Ensure accountability and process adherence
- Foster ownership, communication, and improvement
- Partner with leadership to execute initiatives
Operations Management - Manage operations across locations
- Maintain and improve workflows and SOPs
- Resolve operational issues
- Oversee vendors, office systems, and facilities
- Ensure operational consistency
Process & Project Management - Track and coordinate company initiatives and projects
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and accountability
- Create and improve systems for efficiency
- Maintain documentation and reporting
Human Resources & Team Support - Oversee onboarding/offboarding
- Manage benefits administration and employee records
- Support hiring and HR processes
- Coordinate meetings, training, and development
Compliance & Business Support - Support compliance and regulatory needs
- Maintain confidential information and records
- Generate operational reports
- Ensure client service through accurate processes
What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience
- 5+ years of operations, office management, business administration, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage people, develop teams, and work collaboratively
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with a variety of business technology platforms (e.g., Wealthbox)
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Proactive, adaptable, and quick to embrace change
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership

Schedule: - Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (in office)
