    Position Overview

    The Director of Logistics and Operations will lead logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, and operational execution.

    This is a builder role for a hands-on leader who can address immediate priorities while developing the systems, processes, and teams needed to support continued growth.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, and daily operations.
    • Build scalable processes, systems, and operating procedures.
    • Improve forecasting, productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
    • Establish performance metrics, reporting, and accountability.
    • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
    • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.


    Qualifications


    The ideal candidate has experience in both a large, high-performing organization and a startup or early-stage company.

    Strong candidates will demonstrate:

    • Experience building operational functions from the ground up.
    • A hands-on leadership style and strong bias toward action.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
    • Experience implementing systems and improving processes.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and team-development skills.

    Work Environment & Travel

    This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, with periodic travel.


    Compensation

    Low $200Ks Base + Bonus
