Director of Nusing

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in Okeechobee, Florida. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise all nursing staff to ensure high standards of care
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ overall well-being
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to promote team excellence

Qualifications:
• Current, active Florida RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled nursing care
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to delivering resident-focused, quality outcomes
