About the Role

Your Responsibilities

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a nursing leadership role such as Director of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care methods, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Robust organizational and budgeting skills to oversee departmental operations effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license (required).
