About SALMON Health and Retirement:
For more than 70 years, SALMON Health and Retirement has proudly served Massachusetts families as a family-owned and operated organization committed to exceptional care, meaningful relationships, and a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
What Makes SALMON Health and Retirement Unique:
Our Natick campus is home to three exceptional programs that serve individuals and families across generations: Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, and the SALMON Center for Early Education. Together, these programs create a one-of-a-kind community where compassion, collaboration, and connection are part of everyday life.
Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is a 51-bed skilled nursing community with a strong focus on long-term, relationship-centered care. Our size allows leaders to know their residents, support their teams, and remain actively involved in the day-to-day life of the community.
