Located on a serene 25-acre campus nestled among the redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains, The Camp offers medically supervised detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programming (IOP) in a healing, recovery-focused environment.

The facility offers a full continuum of addiction treatment services, including medical detoxification, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, and continuing recovery support. What You'll Do

 

As Director of Nursing, you will:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services throughout the facility.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain top nursing talent.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Lead quality improvement and performance excellence initiatives.
• Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Support staffing effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
• Help shape the strategic direction of nursing operations and patient care services.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Registered Nurse experience required; 6+ years preferred.
• One year of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, addiction treatment, or a related healthcare setting required.
• Two years of behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
• Two years of progressive leadership or management experience required.
• Prior Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, or similar nursing leadership experience preferred.
