Director of Nursing

We are excited to be partnered with well-respected, family-owned, long term care facility in search of Directors of Nursing (DON) in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Nurse with experience as a DON in a long term care / skilled nursing setting to have the autonomy to run a building as they see fit and have actual work life balance while doing it.

What We're Looking for:

• Valid Minnesota RN license
• 3+ years of experience as a DON in a skilled nursing or long term care setting
• Passion for Senior Care and strong leadership skills
