A hospital in Wilson, NC is seeking a senior-level Director of Nursing (RN) Surgical Services. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations within a surgical services department. What we're looking for.
- 5 years of Operating Room experience
- 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Current RN License (NC) or compact RN License
- Preferred: Experience in budgeting, staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
Compensation. $104,000 - $140,000 per year
